Plan of the month - I initially started awarding prizes but had to stop due issues with international submissions. We are starting this back up with $10 ThinkGeek gift cards and with plans of additional prizes down the road.
Layout - We have updated our site with a new theme. There is still work to be done but it's getting close.
Forums - I have changed the forums around to support better integration with the main site. The down side is migrating the content wasn't possible but int he long run it will be better.
Tagging - New Zombie Plan submissions will have a field for tags. Users can tag other submissions, when viewing submission there is a tag link at the top. Added tag cloud box on the right hand side.
Voting - We moved over to a digg type voting system due to issues with the 5 star rating system. The biggest issue was pulling content based on averages.

The website is completely awesome now. Though if I were you I wouldn't change the appearance anymore, It looks perfect. There isn't too much going on appearance wise and yet not too little. five thumbs up
The appearance is pretty much set. The site growth caught me by surprise last week. A few months ago we had around 20-25 hits a day but now we are getting over 100. With around 200 zombie plan submissions so far and 350 users I had to implement a better voting system and content tagging.

I like the site design, but your transparent pngs don't work in IE6, and the vote links don't work in Firefox 3.
Also, it would be cool to have a mobile version of the site, if one doesn't exist already.

IE is crap, I suggest upgrading to IE 7 or 8 but really use something else like Fire Fox or Google Chrome.
As for the vote links, I'm running Fire Fox 3.0.10 and don;t have any issues. Note sure that the issue could be here.
Mobile version is a good idea, will have to see how much time it will take and if it would be worth investing in

Because people were submitting polls every day and they weren't on the front page long enought for people to vote on.

In the meantime you can put links in your bio, and if you want to get fancy you can use HTML tags to hyperlink from a text segment directly to your plan

It's just a problem you are experiencing... I would recommend sending a private message to blure007, he might be able to hook you up.
